Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala says: فَا صْبِرْ اِنَّ وَعْدَ اللّٰهِ حَقٌّ وَّلَا يَسْتَخِفَّنَّكَ الَّذِيْنَ لَا يُوْقِنُوْنَ "So be patient. Indeed, the promise of Allah is truth. And let them not disquiet you who are not certain [in faith]." (QS. Ar-Room 30: Verse 60) In Islam, the dunya (this worldly life) is described as temporary because it is only a place of testing, preparation, and planting deeds. The akhirah is the real destination — the eternal life where every soul finally receives complete justice, peace, and the result of what they believed and did.
